Delivery & returns

Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery costs R150.00 per order, and is free on orders from R1 500.00. Large or bulky items, such as pools, trampolines and sheds, may need a separate delivery arrangement; we'll contact you if so.

Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed. We'll email you when your order is on its way.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery, as allowed under the Consumer Protection Act and the ECT Act for online purchases. Please email orders@yourdomain.co.za first so we can arrange the return.

If an item is faulty, contact us within 6 months of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds are paid back to your original payment method once the item is received and checked.
